Yes—fittings are by appointment only. While you’re always welcome to browse our books during store hours, appointments are required for fittings and detailed consultations, as not all team members handle this part of the business.

Yes—and we highly encourage it. We have you come in at least few days before your event to try everything on, ensuring the perfect fit and allowing time for any necessary adjustments or replacements.

All of our suits and tuxes are through Jim’s Formal Wear, which has locations nationwide. Out-of-town members can visit a participating retailer near them for measurements, and their rental can be shipped either directly to them or to our store for try-on before the event. If you anticipate changes, such as weight loss, we recommend discussing timing with us so we can schedule your fitting closer to the event date. Our goal is to ensure the best possible fit, so significant planned changes should be communicated ahead of time.

During your fitting appointment, you’ll fill out a brief information form, and we’ll take the necessary measurements for your order. The process is simple and typically only takes a few minutes per person.
